If you think that making sleep a priority is silly, think again—sleeping is one of the most important aspects of your pregnancy journey. Getting enough sleep is something that can be very difficult for some mamas, especially if you weren’t getting very much sleep before you got pregnant. In this episode we are going to talk about how to prioritize sleep, how to make naps happen, and how to sleep like it’s your job, mama. Enjoy!
